Founder/Chief Executive Officer/Realtor

Founded in 2013, Anel has led A&N Realty to becoming one of the leaders in San Antonio Real Estate and living, in the heart of town and surrounding neighborhoods. Graduating from the University of the Incarnate Word, following a career as an Educator and professional Artist and Author, Anel's global approach created opportunities to work with many community leaders and professionals. No slowing down in sight, Anel is still taking A&N Realty to new heights.

After an incredible journey with Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty, I decided to start my own firm, at the beginning of 2013. The family and leadership at KSIR modeled for me an uncompromising loyalty to our clients and colleagues, and I will forever be thankful. My decision to start A&N Realty came when my father’s 30 year anniversary and my 10 year anniversary in the real estate business came to my attention, after a 14 year career in Education and Administration. I decided I wanted my career to grow, with family so I left education and decided to take on Real Estate full time. And, by family, I meant my blood family and my chosen familia of San Antonio and our legacy.  My father, Nicasio O. Flores, our broker  nurtures our growing company with his extensive knowledge and experience in Commercial, Agricultural, Industrial and Special-Purpose Real Estate. I bring to the table my career as an entrepreneur, an educator, an administrator a community activist and much more.  With more than 40 years combined Real Estate experience, The A&N Realty team is tech-savvy, intelligent, articulate, detailed, and professional, with a keen view of the local market and an impressive connection to the global market.
